We develop the Vegan Bamboo Bar burgers ourselves so that we can keep control of the ingredients. Most non-meat burgers available on the market contain many unhealthy ingredients such as refined flour, refined vegetable oils, and harmful additives to increase shelf life. Our patties are made based on demand so we can limit the additives.

To ensure a bite and firmness, we need additives to bind the ingredients. For the sauce and mayonnaise, we have to use refined oil. We try our best to limit the use of them.
